Secrets to Happiness #3
“Our beliefs can move us forward in life, or they can hold us back.”
That’s exactly what this wall is made of – our beliefs! Like Oprah said, if you are not moving forward in any area of your life, it’s because of the beliefs you have stored in your subconscious mind. Our beliefs run our lives!
Maybe it’s a belief that you’re not good enough, or smart enough, or attractive enough. Maybe it’s one that says you can’t. Maybe it’s one that mistakenly assumes you are a victim – of your boss, your job, the government, the economy, your circumstances, your past, etc.
If you really want to become a happier person and make progress, the first thing you can do is become aware of what some of the beliefs are that have been holding you back. Then you can begin changing them around.
And to do that, you need to learn how to tap into your subconscious mind, where your beliefs are stored. Doing this isn’t hard, but it’s not fast – and it’s different. We weren’t taught this stuff in school. But, it’s so worth it!
