No Time to Meditate? Here’s the Ultimate Meditation Hack

Are you too busy with everything you have to do in the course of a day to fit in meditation?  Yet, you know the incredible benefits that this ancient practice can bring?  Then this could be just what you’re looking for.

By the way, here is what Ellen DeGeneres says about meditation:

“It feels good. Kinda like when you have to shut your computer down, just sometimes when it goes crazy, you just shut it down and when you turn it on, it’s okay again. That’s what meditation is to me.”

Let me first just say that if you are a swami or a yogi, you might want to look away.  Because this meditation hack is definitely not for you.

It’s actually not meant to take the place of traditional meditation.  In fact, I’m a huge believer in regularly practicing meditation.  But, let’s face it –  you most likely already have tons of things to do – between work, family, home, and all your other commitments.   The thought of trying to fit in sitting still in the lotus position chanting somewhere in a quiet place in your house could seem – well, sort of impossible.

I have two words for you:  Guided Meditation

Guided Meditations are audios or videos in which someone guides you through a meditation session.  They start off with getting a person into a relaxed state and then continue through the meditation with usually a specific theme in mind (such as centering and calming the mind, clearing out negative blocks, installing confidence, etc. – there are tons of them) and then end by winding the session down and bringing a person back into their awakened state.

To be honest with you, these guided meditations are actually more like guided visualizations.  Because true meditation is really ‘unthinking’.  But, it doesn’t matter.  What they all do, whether or not you call them meditations or visualizations, is get deep down into your subconscious mind.  AND THAT IS WHERE THE SOURCE OF ALL YOUR HAPPINESS, ALL YOUR BELIEFS, ALL YOUR HABITS – EVERYTHING LIES!

Do you want to get happier?  Do you want to make changes for the better in your life?  Do you spin your wheels when it comes to self-improvement?  Do you not understand why you keep getting the same results no matter how hard you try?  Because you are not reaching into your subconscious mind.  Start reaching deep down into your programming.

Guided meditations can help you do this.  There are tons of them online that can not only walk you through general meditations, but can help you reprogram your mind in different areas of your life.   You’ll find them for anything and everything you’d want to work on.  Just start searching and scrolling around YouTube.  Audios with subliminal messages are another way of tapping into a person’s subconscious mind.

Edith Moscowitz, founder of Vortex-Success said, “Subliminal messages have been researched extensively and time after time are proven to be the best method to create profound changes.”

And here’s the best part:  You don’t have to be lying or sitting still to practice them.  Just plug your headphones into your phone and listen while your doing things like cooking, cleaning, exercising – even while you’re watching tv.  Just not while you’re driving or doing anything that takes real focus.  The reason they work is because your subconscious mind can be tuned into them while your conscious mind is occupied.   And while you’re falling off to sleep, during sleep and early in the morning are all perfect times to have them on.

The key is repetition.  Keep listening to them over and over and over again.  In fact, they take so little effort, you can easily turn them into a new positive habit – one that, over time, can make incredible changes for the better!
